The Farm at Wolf Creek is a barn wedding venue and special event venue located on a large acreage farm just outside the quaint town of Barnesville, GA. Tucked away a quarter of a mile off a winding country road and accessed by a beautifully tree lined street, you will feel as though you have stepped into a different world reserved exclusively for you and your guests. The property is unique, serene and breathtaking. With a space that can accommodate up to 300 guests comfortably, The Farm is the perfect venue for weddings (multiple ceremony sites including a waterfront outdoor chapel), family reunions, parties, corporate events and more.

  • The Farm at Wolf Creek is located one hour south of the Atlanta, 30 min from north Macon, 15 min from downtown Forsyth and 10 min from downtown Barnesville.

  • Yes, all of our buildings are temperature controlled.

  • We accept cash, personal/company check, money order, credit card, debit card and eCheck/ACH. Check or money orders should be made payable to “Farm at Wolf Creek LLC”. There is a 3% convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions.

  • We work hard to make our pricing as simple and transparent as possible. To book The Farm for your event, there is a booking fee and an event insurance fee (see FAQ on event insurance below). Those two fees are necessary for all events that take place at The Farm and include almost everything we offer. There is a 3% convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions.

  • Yes, event insurance is required. This protects both you and The Farm should something unforeseen happen during your event. We partner with a company that specializes in event liability coverage who makes the process very easy and affordable. Host liquor liability coverage is included as part of the event insurance you purchase. The policy is usually less than $100 and takes about 15 minutes to obtain. Proof of insurance must be provided at least seven days prior to the event.

  • Yes, you can bring your own alcohol, or you can hire a caterer or bartender to bring it if you prefer. We require our clients to have licensed bartender(s) to serve the alcohol to ensure it is being served responsibly. Proof of licensure must be provided at least seven days prior to the event.

  • Yes, the barn offers multiple event spaces including the front foyer and reception hall that can be used as a backup should rain occur.

  • We try to be as accommodating as we can be based on your availability and what events are happening at The Farm. Let us know a good time for you and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you like what you’ve seen online, you’re going to love what you find in person even more.

  • Couples who book The Farm for their event also receive a complimentary 90 minute engagement photo shoot on the property. Engagement photo shoots can be booked Mon-Thurs (as we reserve Fri-Sun for events, property tours and Ranch House weekend stays) on a specific date and time we have available. Please reach out to info@wolfcreekevents.com at least 2-3 weeks in advance to schedule your engagement photo shoot.

  • Yes, there are 2 houses on-site that sleep a total of 20 guests comfortably -

    Ranch House: Our recently renovated Ranch House Barndominium sleeps up to 14 guests and is equipped with ultra-fast Wi-Fi (dedicated 2 gig fiber internet). 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large & spacious living room, den, custom built-in bar, basketball goal, regulation size horseshoe pit and a large overhang spacious enough to park an RV equipped with a 50-amp RV plug.

    Farmhouse: Our recently renovated Farmhouse sleeps up to 6 guests and was designed to provide all the modern amenities you want while still preserving all the charm and character you would expect. Highlights include 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, water views, spacious front room and living room that offer plenty of seating, spacious eat-in kitchen complete with large custom island, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, multiple 4K smart TVs, a spacious master suite with a breathtaking bathroom and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying sunsets.

  • Yes, we have ultra-fast Wi-Fi (dedicated 2 gig fiber internet) throughout the barn event space, Ranch House Barndominium and Farmhouse. As for cellular service, we are always impressed with how strong of a signal our clients have (via multiple carriers). No promises on cellular connection as that is out of our control but so far, so good.

  • Our packages range anywhere from 12-48 hour access to the property, including the following amenities: bridal suite with makeup counter, groomsmen cottage, tables (22 rectangle / 15 round), 250+ Chiavari chairs (indoor use only), open-air covered patio with custom built-in bar/dance floor/stage, catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, outdoor firepit, patio tables & chairs, 2 cornhole sets, chandelier & string lights in barn, waterfall and mood lighting at lakeside chapel, dimmable chandeliers at covered awning, directional signage, rustic signs for use around venue, vintage bench, various other event tables…and more! All wedding packages include scheduled use of the property for an engagement photo shoot. *Day-of coordination, wedding planning and on-site accommodations are also available for an additional fee.
