  • The Farm at Wolf Creek is located one hour south of the Atlanta, 30 min from north Macon, 15 min from downtown Forsyth and 10 min from downtown Barnesville. Our address is 475 Brent Rd, Barnesville, GA 30204.

  • Yes! The Farm at Wolf Creek is the perfect year-round venue. Our temperature controlled indoor spaces, and stunning outdoor areas make for the perfect wedding or event any time of the year.

  • We can host up to 300 guests. Our flexible areas and choice of sites means there are options for events of all sizes! From showers, to parties, to grand weddings, we can host it all!

  • Yes, we offer different pricing options and packages based on the date, number of guests and type of event. We are happy to customize a package that works best for you. Send us an email (info@wolfcreekevents.com) or submit an event inquiry form on our website and we will reach out with all the details.

  • Our packages range anywhere from 12-48 hour access to the property, including the following amenities: bridal suite with private bathroom, groomsmen lounge with 85 in television, heavy duty tables, wooden cross back chairs (indoor use only), open-air and enclosed patios, dance floor, catering friendly kitchen, Wi-Fi, outdoor firepit, patio tables & chairs, cornhole sets, waterfall and mood lighting at lakeside chapel, dimmable chandeliers at covered awning, and more! All wedding packages include scheduled use of the property for an engagement photo shoot. *On-site accommodations and golf carts for shuttling guests are also available for an additional fee.

    We also offer services such as Signature Tablescapes, Piaggio Beverage Care Rental, bartending add-ons, and more, all for additional fees.

  • Yes, there are 2 houses on-site that sleep a total of 20 guests comfortably -

    Ranch House: Our recently renovated Ranch House Barndominium sleeps up to 14 guests and is equipped with ultra-fast Wi-Fi (dedicated 2 gig fiber internet). 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large & spacious living room, den, custom built-in bar, basketball goal, regulation size horseshoe pit and a large overhang spacious enough to park an RV equipped with a 50-amp RV plug.

    Farmhouse: Our recently renovated Farmhouse sleeps up to 6 guests and was designed to provide all the modern amenities you want while still preserving all the charm and character you would expect. Highlights include 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, water views, spacious front room and living room that offer plenty of seating, spacious eat-in kitchen complete with large custom island, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, multiple 4K smart TVs, a spacious master suite with a breathtaking bathroom and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying sunsets over the private Farmhouse pond.

  • As we are located close to Forsyth, there are a few lodging options within a 20–25 minute drive.

  • Yes, the French farmhouse offers multiple event spaces including the enclosed patio and reception hall that can be used as a backup should rain occur.

  • Although not required, having a wedding planner is a great investment. He or she will assist you in curating your perfect event and help ease the stress during both the planning stages and your big day!

  • Here at The Farm, we pride ourselves on being flexible. Because of this, we do not require you to use an in-house catering service. You are free to use the caterer of your choice, but we are more than happy to recommend one of our great partners as well.

  • Yes, you can bring your own alcohol, or you can hire a caterer or bartender to bring it if you prefer. We require our clients to have a bartender that holds an alcohol server certification to pour. This ensures the alcohol is being served responsibly. Proof of certification must be provided at least seven days prior to the event. The Farm is more than happy to help customize bartending service packages as well.

  • Yes, we have ultra-fast Wi-Fi (dedicated 2 gig fiber internet) throughout the venue event space, Ranch House Barndominium and Summer Cottage. As for cellular service, we are always impressed with how strong of a signal our clients have (via multiple carriers). No promises on cellular connection as that is out of our control but so far, so good.

  • Yes, event insurance is required. This protects both you and The Farm should something unforeseen happen during your event. We partner with a company that specializes in event liability coverage who makes the process very easy and affordable. Host liquor liability coverage is included as part of the event insurance you purchase. Proof of insurance must be provided at least seven days prior to the event.

  • We work hard to make our pricing as simple and transparent as possible. To book The Farm for your event, there is a reservation retainer/down payment due at booking. Event insurance is required (see FAQ on event insurance). Those two fees are necessary for all events that take place at The Farm and include almost everything we offer. There is a 3.2% convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions. We do require a refundable security deposit that serves as security against violations of venue policies, excessive cleaning requirements, or damage to the property.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards and eCheck/ACH. There is a 3.2% convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions.

  • We try to be as accommodating as we can be based on your availability and what events are happening at The Farm. Let us know a good time for you and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you like what you’ve seen online, you’re going to love what you find in person even more.

  • Couples who book The Farm for their event also receive a complimentary 90 minute engagement photo shoot on the property. Engagement photo shoots can be booked Mon-Thurs (as we reserve Fri-Sun for events, property tours and Ranch House weekend stays) on a specific date and time we have available. Please reach out to info@wolfcreekevents.com at least 2-3 weeks in advance to schedule your engagement photo shoot.
