Ranch House Barndominium

Our newly renovated, modern ranch house barndominium is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Highlights include private circular driveway, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living room, separate den, custom built-in bar with live edge cedar countertop, ultra-fast fiber internet, multiple smart TVs, indoor/outdoor dining, lounging plunge pool, in-ground adjustable basketball hoop, regulation size horseshoe pit, and a large covered awning with space to accommodate up to 2 large RVs with 50-amp hookup.

  • The living room is the central gathering place in the house. The sizeable footprint coupled with a vaulted ceiling make it feel bright, open, airy and spacious. Modern décor and furnishings throughout. Large sitting area furnished with two Ethan Allen couches and accent chairs make it a great spot for hanging out with family & friends as well as a great lounging spot for TV watching. 4K smart TV with Roku Streambar Pro Soundbar make it easy to watch all of your favorite shows in quality, room filling audio. Custom bar with live edge cedar countertop and seating for four is a show piece. Stocked with barware and complete with a back ledge for mixing drinks, it's sure to become the favorite evening hang out spot. Ethan Allen dining room table seats up to 12, making it the perfect setting to share a meal. Gaming table in the corner with seating for 4 is the place for playing card games, board games or doing a puzzle.

  • Back den serves as another multi-functional living space. Separated from the main living room, it's a great space for you to get away or for the kids to hangout in. Furnished with 2 sleeper sofas, 2 corner accent chairs perfect for reading and a 65" 4K smart TV w/ Roku. Watch TV, read, study, work, hangout, sleep...it's the perfect bonus space for all of the above.

  • Spacious eat-in kitchen comes complete with stainless steel refrigerator, oven w/ stove top, built-in microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor appliances. Large center island is perfect for food prep, congregating with family & friends (including 3 barstools for sitting) or both. You will find all the basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishware, drinkware and silverware you need for making and enjoying great meals together.

  • Master Bedroom:

    Master suite includes king bed, 2 closets, dresser, 65" 4K smart TV w/ Roku, separate sitting area for lounging/reading and spacious master bathroom with walk-in shower.

    Guest Bedroom #2:

    Includes queen bed, 2 closets, dresser and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

    Guest Bedroom #3:

    Includes queen bed, comfy leather lounging chair, closet, dresser and TV w/ Roku.

    Guest Bedroom #4 (aka “The Bunk Room”):

    Two sets of bunk beds, closet and a comfortable rug for kids to hang out and play together.

  • Patio dining table is the perfect spot to share a meal while taking in the beautiful pastureland, pond and pecan field adjacent to the backyard. Large concrete pad serves as the perfect spot for shooting hoops and playing a variety of lawn games. The in-ground basketball hoop has an easy-to-use height adjustment system to raise or lower the hoop, accommodating players of all ages and skill levels. Horse, Around the World or Knock Out anyone? How about some 2 on 2? Large backyard is adjacent to beautiful pastureland, a pond and a pecan field, providing a variety of picturesque places for taking in the views or capturing memorable selfies.

  • Dedicated laundry room space with washer, dryer and utility sink is a great convenience to have on site particularly for those longer stays at The Farm.

  • Gated entrance, tree lined blacktop road that runs the length of the property that is guest accessible, pastureland, private lake stocked with bass/catfish/brim, scenic pond behind Ranch House, pecan tree field, firepit, quintessential red barn great for selfies...the list goes on and on!

Summer Cottage

The perfect balance of country and convenience. It may be the ‘old farmhouse’, but as you can see in the photos, there is nothing old or outdated about this charming cottage. Highlights include 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, spacious front room and living room that offer plenty of seating, spacious eat-in kitchen complete with large custom island that has a live edge black walnut countertop, ultra-fast fiber internet and multiple smart TVs spacious master suite with a breathtaking bathroom complete with clawfoot tub and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying sunsets on The Farm. Many of the rooms offer water views that overlook the summer cottage pond.
